RETURNED MERCHANDISE POLICY
• Merchandise may be returned at any time within 30 days of purchase.
• Prior authorization for all returns is required for a refund or credit. Contact Vomaris Customer Service at 480-921-4948 to obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
• The request for return must specify the Part Number, Lot Number, Quantity to Return, Reason for Return, and Invoice Number and Date.
• All returned merchandise must be undamaged, and in resalable condition at the time of receipt. All merchandisel is received conditional and is subject to inspection. Credit or refund will not be issued for that portion that is damaged or not considered to be resalable.
• Returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• Shipping costs are at the expense of the customer, and shipping is to be arranged by the customer. Vomaris will not accept collect shipments.
• All returned merchandise must be noted with the Customer Name and Vomaris issued RMA number on each shipping package.

2) Please do not return any goods until we provide you with a Return Authorization number (RMA #) Please note that goods returned without an RMA # will not be accepted.
